What your birthday visit could look like.
The children choose a piece from the available pottery and decorate it with colours and patterns. Materials are provided, and our team helps them get started. No previous experience is needed.
A shared idea can make a good starting point, such as a favourite colour, animals or small dots. Each child can develop a design of their own. We agree the activities and timing with you beforehand.
Discuss ages and accompanying adults.
Tell us the ages of the birthday child and guests, and how many adults will accompany them. This helps us discuss what suits your group and the support the children may need.
We will clarify what accompanying support is needed during the party and who will supervise the children. Mention any additional needs or accessibility questions when you enquire.
Group size, date and space.
To plan your visit, we need the expected numbers of children and adults, your preferred date and the time you have in mind. If your day or start time is flexible, please suggest an alternative.
An area or the whole studio may be available by arrangement. The possible setup depends on your group and other bookings. A standard online reservation does not hold an exclusive birthday area.
Prices, cake and birthday plans.
When arranging your date, ask for current prices and included services. Tell us your budget so we can discuss the options and terms. This lets you plan the cost before booking.
If you would like to bring cake, snacks or decorations, please check with the studio beforehand. Coffee, tea and other drinks are offered on site; ask us about the current selection and prices.
When can the children collect their pottery?
The team will explain the steps after painting and when the pieces will be ready to collect. During your visit, agree who will collect the group’s pottery and how the pieces will be matched to each child.
You can then share the agreed collection plan with the parents and include the later pickup in your arrangements.

Contact the studio directly if your party size or date changes. The conditions agreed when reserving apply to changes and cancellations.
